BACKGROUND

I am an accomplished Corporate executive and professional trainer with three decades of experience in the financial services sector. Having served in key leadership positions such as Operations Manager, CIO, Audit Director and Training Director for firms like Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty, Crum & Forster and CNA, I combine deep operational expertise with a passion for workforce development. I earned an MBA in Business Management from City University. As an independent contractor, I facilitated numerous high-impact workshops on leadership and customer service for global brands like Wells Fargo, Wyndham and Allstate.
